👩🏫 Key Responsibilities
- Teach primary classes (Grades 1–5) as per school curriculum
- Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans
- Explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Conduct class activities, assignments, and tests
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records
- Support students’ moral, social, and academic development
- Communicate student progress with parents and school management
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
🛠️ Skills Required
- Strong teaching and classroom management skills
- Good subject knowledge (Maths, English, EVS, etc.)
- Clear communication and presentation skills

🎓 Qualification & Experience
- D.El.Ed or B.Ed preferred
- Graduate in any discipline (education background is an advantage)
